This course takes your TRX Suspension Training education to the next level. Building on what you learned from your Level 1 course, you will deep dive into foundational movements and learn techniques to make them appropriate for different client scenarios. You’ll learn how to incorporate Suspension Training exercises into your client’s pre-hab or post-rehab programs to build strength and reduce the chance of injuries.
Upon completion of this course you will be able to:
- Demonstrate and teach back course exercises and modifications
- Implement appropriate TRX exercises and techniques for post-rehab clients through case scenario formats
- Provide preventative exercise applications for common musculoskeletal injuries
- Integrate exercises from the course into client’s training programs to build strength and reduce the chance of injuries
PREREQUISITES: In order to register for this Level 2 course, it’s required that you have previously taken a Suspension Training Course, a Group Suspension Training Course, Cardio Tennis Suspension Training Course, FORCE Operator Course, or TRX FORCE L2 Suspension Training Course unless you are a licensed health care professional (PT, DC, OT, MD, PTA, Athletic Trainer).
The Pre Course Prep Work must be completed prior to attending the course. The Prep Work will be sent via email after registration is completed.
